Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email hollowandglow@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send anything back before your return is approved. We will provide the return instructions and return address after approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and include photos.

We do not accept returns for used, damaged, or incomplete items.

After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to process the refund.
