SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Locations
HollowandGlow currently ships within Canada only.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is free.
Express shipping is available for CAD $20 where offered at checkout.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, high order volumes, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address. HollowandGlow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your tracking information has not updated for several business days or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at hollowandglow@gmail.com with your order number.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier.
HollowandGlow will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hollowandglow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
